Rika Cheverie is a multi-talented artist and craftsperson who works in a variety of mediums.  In addition to her work in the visual arts, Cheverie is also an accomplished musical performer.  She has recently produced a cd with family members that reflects the musical traditions and heritage of Prince Edward Island's ballads.   Cheverie's media include rug hooking, sketching, tole painting, and watercolours.  She has taught watercolour painting through the adult education program in Eastern Kings County.
