A young artist from St. Peter's Bay, Michelle MacDonald began working with stained glass art through a winter class offered by the Cardigan continuing education program and taught by Sharon Forsyth, another artist featured in this exhibit.  Michelle discovered that she enjoyed designing with geometric shapes and loved the interplay of light with glass. Michelle has been working with stained glass for the past three years, continuously refining her techniques and creating her own designs.  Next year she will open a gallery in St. Peter's Bay that will feature her own work along with other regional artists.
