Harbour Lights Guest House, North Lake Harbour, PEI, Canada Harbour Lights Guest House is an 1880's renovated island farmhouse set amidst the quiet farm fields of eastern Kings County, Prince Edward Island. Situated at the head of beautiful North Lake Harbour, our guest rooms offer breathtaking views of both the harbour and the Atlantic Ocean.  We are located directly across from the harbour fishing village, home port to North Lake's lobster and tuna fishing fleets.

We are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment, following the european pensione style.  For travelers looking to escape the hectic pace of urban culture, we offer a refuge where you can catch your breath and slow down to the rhythms of rural life.

We provide a full farm breakfast as part of your stay at Harbour Lights Guest House, and we can accommodate most special dietary needs. Dinner meals may also be arranged, for an additional fee, when requested in advance.  See Rooms & Rates for a detailed description of our guest facilities.  Please note that we are a smoke-free establishment.  Although we are not fully wheelchair accessible, we can offer first floor lodging and bath for guests with limited mobility. Our guest facilities make us more appropriate for adolescent or older children .

Our guest house is conveniently located close to some of the island's most pristine beaches and famous golf courses. Our guest house also has a stunning view of the new windmill energy farm constructed in the fall of 2006.  These Vestas windmill turbines are amongst the largest in North America, with blades measuring 44m in length--about equal to the length of a 747 airplane.

Kings and Queens Counties are host to numerous summer and fall activities and events, and we are only a scenic hour's drive from the province's capitol city, Charlottetown.   We are located approximately twenty minutes from Souris, the departure port for the ferry to the Iles-de-la-Madeleine, and we are approximately an hour's drive from the Wood Islands ferry terminal to Nova Scotia.

We are always happy to help you with making reservations for any of your needs while you are staying on our gentle island.
