Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations...
Rooms may be reserved by phoning us and providing a credit card number and expiration date or by mailing a personal check.

When reserving a room by check, please make the check payable to Harbour Lights Guest House, and the amount of the deposit required is 50% of the total length of your stay. Reservations by check will be confirmed once your payment has been cleared by the bank.

Cancellations...
Rooms are guaranteed reserved until check-out time of the day following your scheduled arrival date.  Should you need to cancel, for any reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours notification.  Rooms that are improperly cancelled,  will incur a penalty fee.  For rooms reserved by credit card, the cardholder will be charged for one night's lodging.  For rooms reserved by check deposit, no refund will be given.
